If you are not happy with your item, for whatever reason, please return it within 14 days and we will refund your purchase immediately. Returned items must be in original condition and in original gift box (to protect it during shipping) for refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

We are unable to refund the price of shipping.

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit back. If the item returns damaged, we will not be able to refund it.

 

Due to variances in computer monitors, colors may appear slightly different in person than on screen. Please be aware of this prior to ordering. No refunds will be issued due to slight color variances.

We recommend spraying perfume before putting on your earrings as it could eventually wear down the surface or dis-color the concrete.

 

Please allow for “imperfection” as this is one of the unique features – no two pieces are the same.
